Our research assistants (RAs) are undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students who spend time in the lab gaining useful research experience. RAs do a number of different tasks in the lab including literature searches, collecting data for studies, creating stimuli for studies, processing data, and attending lab meetings. They gain a number of skills including reading articles thoughtfully, creating and presenting posters, and analyzing data. RAs volunteer in the lab or gain class credit through research practicums and must maintain a 3.0 GPA.
